Howard J. Benson, age 97, of Westmont, formerly of Hillside. Beloved husband of Delilah (nee Michael) Zivny Benson and the late Marion nee Wachtel. Loving father of Thomas H. Benson. Preceded in death by two sisters.

Visitation Thursday March 12, 2009 from 10am until time of funeral service 11am at the Westchester Community Church, 1840 Westchester Blvd, Westchester, Illinois. Pastor Joseph Mills, Officiating. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights.

Howard was a thirty-year member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Bellwood Lodge #777. 30 year volunteer and Member of the Board of Directors of Inspiration Ministries in Walworth, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Inspiration Ministries P.O. Box 948 Walworth, WI 53184 would be appreciated.
