Martha J. Krier (nee Golembiewski), 84, longtime resident of Western Springs. Beloved wife of the late Charles J. Krier; loving mother of Marianne (Western Springs Fire Chief Anthony) Bednarz; dear grandmother of Krista (Des) Varady, Lisa (Richard) Gentile, Charles (Amy), and Paula Bednarz; adored great-grandmother of Michael, Matthew and Grace Bednarz, Colin and Jake Varady and Richie, Luke, and Nicole Gentile; fond sister of Margaret Chudy. Former Board Member of P.N.A.

Visitation Wednesday 3 to 9 p.m. at Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Road (2 blocks west of Mannheim Road), Westchester. Family and friends are asked to meet on Thursday at 9:30 at St. John of the Cross Church, 4920 Carolina, Western Springs, for Mass of Christian Burial at 9:45 a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven Crucifixion Garden Mausoleum.
