Josephine and Abe Weinstein

Josephine: July 31, 1918 - March 9, 2007

Josephine Weinstein (nee Sarlo), age 88, and her beloved husband of sixty-eight years; Abe Weinstein, age 91, longtime residents of Riverside.

Loving mother and father to Sandra (John) Buckley and the late Joseph (Ann) Weinstein; fond grandmother and grandfather to John (Laura), Matt (Jenny), Chris, Megan, Joe (Holly), and Noah (Jen) Buckley, Sarah (Michael) Smith and Joseph (JoAnn) and Thomas (Michelle) Weinstein; great-grandparents to Rich, Mike, Ryan, Amanda, Ava, Patrick, and Tim Buckley and Marissa and Brianna Weinstein.

Josephine was the dear sister of Helen (the late Sam) Agnello and the late Mary (Peter) Caruso. Josephine was a longtime member of the Italian Club of the Archdioceses of Chicago. Abe is survived by a brother, Bud (Dorothy) Uchica and was a proud member of Chicago Ironworkers Union Local #63 and a devoted Mason.

Family and friends are asked to meet on Saturday, March 17, 2007 at St. Mary Church, 126 Herrick Road in Riverside for a Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Generations Health Care Hospice, 2 Westbrook Corporate Center, Suite 230, Westchester, IL 60154 would be appreciated.
